國內首家 CMMI Level 5 認證廠商出現了
我之前收到的消息是, 台灣的廠商所通過的 CMMI level 是 3 .
剛剛看到 Taiwan.CNET.com 報出 這篇 .
台灣IBM今(26)日正式宣佈其下全球服務事業部服務團隊通過CMMI Level 5認證。
今日宣布通過CMMI Level 5認證的IBM全球服務事業部應用管理服務團隊(Application Management Services, AMS)，為我國首家通過此認證等級的廠商，根據資策會所發表的資料顯示，截至今年4月止，國內通過CMMI Level 3認證者有2家廠商、Level2認證者為15家，且有近20家廠商正進行輔導中。
所以說, 現在台灣的廠商, CMMI Level 5 有一間, Level 3 有兩間, Level 2 有 15 間.
只是我還是不知道 Level 3 的是哪兩間… orz
不過, 今天某個老師提到, 明年系上的專案管理這個課程將由選修變必修.
我聽到時蠻驚訝的, 我在猜大概是跟之前出爐的 CMMI 與最近的 PMP 有關吧!?
再找時間問問看好了…

台灣IBM感覺還是很外商.. JH開一家公司拼CMMI Level 5吧 ~~~~

I have a question about CMMI, and I kindly ask you to send me an answer, if you please. My question is: We are just in the period of Scampi A for CMMI level 2. Our Lead Appraisal says that being Lead EPG, you can not be included in the “appraisal team” because you can not be “objective”, because you were too involved in the implementation of CMMI.
For the same reason, he asked us to have half of the appraisal team (2 from 4, not taking him in consideration), from outside our company, which is somehow costly for us. This induce also a supplementary frustration for us, because, we’ve understand, at the beginning of implementing CMMI, that all the apraisal team, apart the lead appraisal, could be composed by our peoples. Which could, at least, give us some more training.
What is your opinion about this ?
Where do you think, can clarify me these questions ?
