The lack of proper support for all the feeds makes it quite narrow in use (big understatement, of course). The cron is a bummer, too. It will bring the feeds in, but won’t post them with appropriate dates, and so on.
Just a ‘hack’ of someone else’s ‘hack’ in progress, I guess. Kellan seems to have abandoned it because he got what he wanted out of it.
But, for some projects it may have value. I’m using it just to get the text excerpts of various writers to encourage my students to read more.
The other three sites are just goofy nonsense tests.
